Oneplus 6t will not download google apps

Not to be weird but I just came across this. I had the official play store version working on my rooted 6T by using the Magisk Module for the Google Dialer Framework. It worked great and I was able to download it directly from the Play Store. Sadly it seems to have broke with the latest Oxygen update:/.  · It's upsetting that OnePlus doesn't allow us to install it from the Store. We should have the freedom of choosing what works best for us. You could search apk mirror for the google dialer. Just search google dialer apk and you should see a website not too far down called APK Mirror.  · I copied data from my oneplus 3t to oneplus 6t using oneplus switch. the play store didn't update any of the apps, I cleared play store/Google services/download manager all caches. Removed my Google accounts and added again. Restarted the phone after each step i mentioned, but nothing helped.. the only solution I got was turning the battery.

None of the apps have the data disabled. Though this is tested on Oneplus 6T, it should be working for most Android Oreo and later phones.
